Bring your skills to a chair that's busy from day one. Our Supercuts salons see steady walk-in and online check-in traffic, so you spend your shift cutting, not waiting for the phone to ring.

What you'll do

Cuts and styles for men, women and kids, finished with our signature Hot Towel Refresher®
Color, highlights and gray blending, starting with a consultation
Brow, lip and facial waxing and add-on scalp treatments
Help guests feel confident when they walk out, and invite them back

What you'll need

A current Utah cosmetology license
Solid cutting fundamentals and a friendly, guest-first attitude
Comfort working in a fast, team-based salon

Stylist in Training

Locations: All 14 Supercuts salons, Logan to St. George

Pay: $15 per hour while in training, then commission plus tips

Just finished cosmetology school? This is where you build speed and confidence. You'll work real guests from the start, with paid, hands-on training and a team that has your back while you find your rhythm.

What you'll do

Men's, women's and kids' cuts with coaching from experienced stylists
Learn our consultation, cutting and Hot Towel Refresher® routine
Grow into color, waxing and treatments as your skills build
Work toward a full stylist chair and a book of your own guests

What you'll need

A recent cosmetology school graduate with a current Utah cosmetology license
Eagerness to learn and take feedback
A friendly, guest-first attitude

Salon Manager

Locations: All 14 Supercuts salons, Logan to St. George

Lead a team, coach stylists and run a salon that guests keep coming back to. You'll still spend time behind the chair, and you'll own how the salon runs day to day.

What you'll do

Lead, schedule and coach a team of stylists
Keep service consistent: every guest gets the same quality cut and the Hot Towel Refresher®
Manage the floor, walk-ins and online check-ins to keep wait times down
Work alongside the owners on hiring, training and salon goals

What you'll need

A current Utah cosmetology license
At least five years of salon experience, with some time leading or training others
Steady, fair leadership and strong guest service

What you'll get

A hands-on role with direct access to the owners
Ongoing leadership training and support
A higher commission rate
